In addition, Suboxone contains the active ingredients Buprenorphine and Naloxone, the first is a powerful narcotic and the second neutralizes other opiates.

That means that this drug is very dangerous if it is not used properly, because it can put someone into severe withdrawals that can endanger their life.

It should only be used under a doctors supervision, who can provide the proper instructions on when to start the medication and calibrate the proper dosage. Then, the amount has to be very slowly tapered to allow the person to ever become drug free.
