Stopped Pristiq 200mg Now No Period For 4 Months! Help!

Hi I was on pristiq 200mg for 1 year for severe panic disorder. I slowly came off it by tapering down slowly with the help of a great psychiatrist. Im now extremely happy and healthy and anxiety and drug free however I have not had my period since I stopped Pristiq 4 months ago! Im definitely not pregnant but very concerned as this is completely unusual for me. Im 29 years old and have had my period like clockwork every month my entire adult life. Im from Australia but am now teaching English in China. Id love to be able to talk to my psychiatrist however its impossible from China! I am very worried now and desperate for some expert opinions on this matter. Is this a side effect of coming off such a large dose??

Im from Australia but am now teaching English in China. Id love to be able to talk to my psychiatrist however its impossible from China! I am very worried now and desperate for some expert opinions on this matter. I have also put on 25kg due to Pristiq and lack of exercise but ive just lost 5kg of that and am exercising and eating right to make sure I lose the weight. Could the change in my menstrual cycle be due to weight gain? Please someone help as I really want to be able to fall pregnant one day and am becoming increasingly worried. Thank you.

Hi, I am having very similar issues! I was on pristiq for 5 years at 100mg. Since May 10th of 2015 I changed to 50mg and only take when needed, usually every three days but I can go a week without needing it. My period has become irregular when before i never had to keep track of it because it was so regular down to the exact date every month. I had my period in the second week of March, skipped April (i think because of stress), the first week of May and now it hasn't come at all. I feel like I have cramps all the time but nothing is happening and there is no way I'm pregnant. I am extremely concerned and hope someone can shed some light on the situation.
