These are not made from the Valerian plant and are not related to it. And the dose you are suggesting is dangerous and should be disregarded.
This is a 5mg Diazepam tablet, which is a generic for Valium, it is a Benzodiazepine that's used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.
It has the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

You need to learn how to research s***. You should probably research each drug that is popularly used in America. Like seriously go to 3 or 4 different websites about the one substance you're looking for at a time. REAL research. No stupid statistics that are practically a lie just to scare people from drugs. YES, that happens. Lying. Honestly, I think pills can be soo bad for you if taken daily. EVEN if you're prescribed. Actually... Especially if you're prescribed them. Because then you have soo much and it turns some people into potential drug dealers. And doctors that hand out pills like candy are just legal drug dealers too. I'm really sorry you found a couple pills in your kids backpack. But you need to realize the percentage of people that want to make themselves feel high. And yeah that includes people with bad backs and muscle relaxers. Because those honestly just make your injuries worst. If only your kids were like me and my friends.. We smoked cannabis when we were in high school and I think that's pretty f***ing harmless. It just makes me mad, how arrogant I can tell you are. And how bad you probably punished your kids whenever you found out they were high. If your kids never got high in the first twenty years of their life, that would be against all odds.

valiums r made from a plant called valerian...it takes like 40mg to get recreational effects... It makes u want to talk to people n tell stories...then very peaceful restful sleep...just 2 pills of it is hardly enough to reduce anxiety...search anxiety on google n read about it...if u do u will realize u n ur family have a lot more anxiety than u ever thought...anxiety is often perceived as other emotions
