Thank you! I take an aspirin everyday and this pill fell out. It is a little bigger and had L 535 on it. The other ones just have a L on one side only.

I am not sure where you got that information, but this is not a Amiloride, which is a diuretic, or any type of prescription drug.
Pills marked with an L followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International and they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their store brans or generics.
This pill, round, yellow, and marked L 535 is nothing more than an 81mg Enteric Coated Aspirin Tablet, a low dose usually used daily by those with heart or blood clot problems. (NDC 0113-0535).
