Need help identifying a small round white pill. Front of pill is scored in the center with and imprint of an odd shaped E on top and 50 beneath, back of pill is blank.
I think it is a painkiller of some sort. Can anyone confirm what this pill is?
And if it is a painkiller what is it most comparable to in sense of strength?
(i.e. on a scale from Tylenol to Vicodin to OxyContin)

This tablet is manufactured by Epic Pharma and they list it as containing 50mgs of Meperidine. NDC: 42806-0050
This is a mild opiate narcotic, most commonly known under the brand name Demerol, so strength wise, I'd compare it to a low dose Codeine.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
Inactive ingredients may include:
Starch, Corn
Cellulose, Microcrystalline
Lactose Monohydrate
Silicon Dioxide
Stearic Acid
