Hi Scott,
From what I could gather, a round white pill with G 1540 on one side and 10 on the other is reportedly identified as Amlodipine besylate 10mg made by Greenstone Ltd.
This particular medication is marketed for use in treating high blood pressure, cardiovascular related ailments and even migraines. However, I don't know if these are some of the conditions you might face while coming off of opiates... And personally, I haven't heard of it anyone using it for this purpose.
It may be best to consult your doctor first as s/he would surely be able to assist you in other ways if the Amlodipine was deemed inappropriate.
Have you ever looked into Kratom?
