It's a 10mg Dianabol (Metandienone), an anabolic steroid used for bulking.

A buddy of mine just found a bunch of them. I tested it for fentanyl and it came back negative (used a multi drug test kit and it was a weird color that didn't correspond to any psychoactive drugs). Consulted with a bodybuilder friend and he said that he believes that it is Dianabol. Going to take it before my workout tomorrow and see if I notice any appreciable effects, I'll let you guys know.

Brutus may be right, I really don't know. All I can tell you is that it is definitely not a legal US prescription medication.
