This is called Hyland's Calms, it is an over the counter homeopathic remedy made by Hyland's that is used to help treat anxiety, panic disorders, and sleep disorders, though is should be noted that its efficacy has not been proven, and it is not FDA approved.

It's typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, diarrhea, and sedation.
