I don't know when they started making them, but they do meet the same quality and efficacy standards for FDA approval as the others. However, the only way to know how they work for you is by trying them.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
