Round White Pill With "1p7" Or "lp7" Inscribed

Can someone help me identify the followin pill?:

Round White Pill with "1P7" or "lP7" inscribed on one side, nothing on the back of the pill.

I am hoping it is a Hypertension related drug

That is correct, it is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Amlodipine, which is commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. NDC: 65162-0007

IP7 round white tablet

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and increased urination.

Inactive ingredients may include:

Anhydrous Dibasic Calcium Phosphate
Magnesium Stearate
Cellulose, Microcrystalline
Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato
