There is a round, white tablet with an R over 50 on one side, which is scored on the other, that contains 1mg Lorazepam, the active ingredient in Ativan, which is a Benzodiazepine that's used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and irritability.
