This is Anatabloc. It is used as an anti-inflammatory. It is not prescription. See anatabloc.com for more information. It is sold through their website, and more recently through GNC.

I can't find any images to confirm this information, but it does make sense in accordance with what the company lists about the Anatabloc product on their website.

And if it is Antabloc, it is an over the counter supplement, as Pat stated that's claimed to help with inflammation, though this has not proven and these claims are not backed by the FDA.

It is listed as containing 1mg of Antabine base, 500units of Vitamin A and 40units of Vitamin D3. There may be other ingredients as well, but I am not certain.

Yes, I use it daily and it has helped tremendously! I have an auto-immune disorder which causes swelling in my joints. The pain in my knees has greatly reduced so I can go about daily activities. Hope this helps. I can post a picture of the pill also if you need it and have a place for this.
