Round White Pill 50 Imprint Supposed To Be Hydrocodone
UpdatedI have small round white pills with a 50 imprinted on one side and blank on the other. They are supposed to be hydrocodone. Any advice?

Actually, a round white pill with 50 on one side that is blank on the opposite side is listed as containing 50mgs of Quetiapine, which is a antipsychotic that's used to treat conditions such as schizophrenia and depression.
Learn more Quetiapine details here.
It doesn't contain a narcotic of any type.
Why did you think it was Hydrocodone?
In re to the question about the small white pill with 50 on one side and blank on the other is Seraquel. It is treated for many different psycotropic conditions. But my doctor prescribe it as a mood stabilizer and I take it at bedtime for sleep. It is a medication that has to be monitored for to stop suddenly after prolonged use can cause severe withdrawal symptoms. I would say if you cannot find the bottle and don't want to go in to see your physician to ask for sure, that you take it to your pharmacist. He is well trained and sometimes can give you an answer quicker than a physician. Good Luck and I hope this helps.
tramadol (ultram) are small rounding pills w 50 on thrm
It is true in both cases, that a small, white round pill with the imprint of "50" on one side, and blank on the other, can be either an antipsychotic (in a very small dose) or tramadol, which is a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory pain killer. In full, if you have this pill in your possession and do not have a prescription for either listed option, but were also told that it was Vicodin (hydrocodone), then you have been screwed over, my friend. Caveat emptor.
Found while round pill 50/MJ ON ONE SIDE OTHER SIDE NOTHING
Re: suomii (# 4)
That's not true. Tramadol has a very high potential for abuse. It's an opiate agonist, and can cause feelings of relaxation and euphoria.
Tramadol is not considered a controlled substance, but it does cause a "high" and it DOES have potential for abuse and even dependency.

Re: Jonathan (# 6)
Wrong, tramadol is a controlled medication. Schedule IV.
Re: Daniel (# 7)
Yes I believe it became a schedule IV effective August of 2014.
It is definitely considered a narcotic (by the DEA and Insurance companies). Some people claim the withdrawal from Tramadol is comparable to heroin withdrawal.
Re: Mason (# 8)
With regard to withdrawal, not even close to heroin withdrawal. The most dangerous part of going cold turkey from Tramadol is the fact that it acts as a SSRI, or selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor. If you stop suddenly you could have seizures, of which for some people could be very serious, even lethal.
If they have a tiny e on them and a 50 then its a 50 mg demoral
