Not sure what this pill is for ...Can someone please tell me ..If it is naproxine what is it used for?

I need help identifying a white pill about the size of Aspirin. It has "IP188" on one side and "250" on the other.

Akyma Pharmaceuticals lists it as containing 250mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, and easy bruising.
