Hey found these small round pink pills with a bold white P on one side and a 50-k on the other just wondering if anyone can help me figure out what the fudge they are

This tablet is only available on the Canadian market and it contains 50mgs of Diclofenac Potassium, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
