Round Pill With Ip On Top And 46 Below One Side Nothing The Other What Is It Called Used For Millagram (Top voted first)

The pill is round, not scored, back side has no inscription/blank, and the front side of pill, although not scored appears as if the top is labeled IP and benieth the IP inscription is the number 46. Could posibly be, as simple as Ibuprophin, to an anti-anxiety medicine, valume or generic colaonzapaim, or possibly even rittilin, used for attention deficite disorder. Please Help, Thanks,

This tablet contains 10mgs of Cetirizine, it is a generic, or store brand of Zrytec, which is used to treat allergies.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
