The best solution is to simply not take something, if you don't know what it is, the best thing to do would be to dispose of any medication you can't identify.
However, these tablets with the I3 marking contain 220mgs of Naproxen, they are a generic, or store brand of Aleve, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
