I just went to my dentist the other day as I was feeling like I had a wisdom tooth that was coming back in I was having the feeling of teething, my head hurt really bad and my ear was like I had a earache and my throat hurts me so bad I can barely swallow. My dentist told me I have to see an ortho surgeon because I have alveolopasty which I have never heard of...I know I feel so bad with it. I went to the surgeon the dentist scheduled me with he wants $1,000.00 before he will even put me to sleep and help me...does anyone know what it would be like if I had to live with this?? I have been taking theese pills for 2 days the metronidazole and it makes me feel really sick and unbalanced is this normal bad headaches to i was prescribed it for gonnerhea ## Hello, Reese! According to the current CDC guidelines that were updated in August of 2012, the first choice antibiotic should be Ceftriaxone with either Azithromycin or Doxycycline. Was given Pliva 334 for infected tooth. It doesn't sound right to me because it was also once prescribed to me after a stomach surgery. After 2 day of having unprotected sex with my boyfriend....i finger f***ed myslf after taking a bath with a Dettol soap, same day later i had a burning pee....de burning pee stopped bt wen my bladder is almost clear i feel a burning sensation in my womb, had abdominal pains, n my back sore. I went 2 de clinic n explained my symptoms n they gave me a doxytet, metronidazole n fixime 400 mg without any exam. Is this de right medication 4 my symptoms? Should my bf also get tested even though he's nt experiencing any symptoms? Plz answer asap its urgent.

I have been on metronidazole for 3 days now for stomach bacteria. One of the side effects is the metalic bitter taste and or tongue/mouth irritation. Is there anything I can take or drink that will make that side effect go away or more tolerable? ## Hello, Red! How are you? Yes, that is an annoying side effect. I found that some sodas seemed to help, if you're allowed to drink them. You may want to try mints, mouthwash or some type of strong candy that could help overpower it. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Can dpxucycline treat trichonomas?c ## No, the medication most commonly used to treat Trichomoniasis is Metronidazole. Did your doctor prescribe the Doxycycline and confirm this diagnosis? This is a antibiotic, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.

About 2 months ago I began having symptoms of a yeast infection (itchiness, redness, white and non odorous cheesy discharge.) Having never had any problems of the sort before, I used monistat 1. A few days later it was significantly better, but I will still having clearish discharge without any itching that lasted for about another 3 weeks. Thinking I still had remnants of the yeast infection, I used another monistat 1. Then the next day I noticed I started spotting. I went to GYN and he believed I may still have yeast infection even though the culture was negative. He prescribed a cream suppository or 3 nights (forgot the name). my daughter was put on Flagel. 1 pill. she took it on Monday. Nearing end of prescribed course after wisdom tooth extraction, now feeling extremely ill last 3days progressing to aching joints all over body and the rib area barely touchable due to same bone like pain, metallic taste, numbness and pins and needles in arms hands, lower legs and feet, speech slightly slurred (thought this was due getting the two teeth removed leaving large gap) and tip of tongue very sore but no furring or signs of thrush inside the mouth, runny stools and skin above one wrist now very red and inflamed and starting to bruise. Hi iv missed my periods for 3mnths but got them this month atleast I thought but I had painful period pains and after periods I had aborminal paims which caused me to go to the clinic;I could barely walk & she checked me and asked wether I was pregnant I didn't know what to say because I just had my heavydate;and too much pressure on my abdorminal part my discharge after periods turned watery and they gave me Metronidazole;Doxytet & ibusor & wrote this on my card:-Cx soft & closed;abd cramps + pvd,I ended up testing for pregnancy & am negative but scared because I overheard the other nurse saying it is bad with me when she was reading my prescription;what might be wrong & is it possible to be pregnant?oh they also injected me voltan 75mg +bicill 2,5mg

Have Hpyloric and being treatedwith Flagyl 3xDay and clindamycin--not clarithromycin Bid as well as the PP pill. On my 11th day out of 14 and stay nauseated. Tried separating the doses and not all together but within an hr of each other. Does this sound like a plan! Thank you. Is Clindamycin just as good?
