Yellow Pill Flagyl 400

I seen that flagyl pills only come in blue and 250 or 500 mg. so what do I have? it is a round yellow pill with flagyl 400 printed on it

There is a yellow, 400mg Flagyl tablet, it just seems that it's no longer available in the U.S., but most other countries do have it.
