I take 20 mg of methylphenidate twice a day I have two kinds of pills I believe from two different manufacturers one is yellow withSZ 790 and the other is pink with R/33. I want to be sure they are the same medication (Ritalin) because I may have mixed them with another medication. I take (seldom, but keep with me as I travel) clonazepam .05 mg-generic for Klonopin) that is the same color. Can anyone advise or should I take them to the Pharmacy to confirm? ## Hello, TW! I have some small yellow pills with a R on one side and nothing on the other side. This is supposedly 20mg. Ritalin? ## No, that's not a Ritalin or generic for it that's available on the U.S. market. With just an R on them and nothing else, they are actually most likely something that's available over the counter. Where were they obtained? ## I am going for a psych. eval. next week and should perhaps mention it to my doctor. What do you think?

And possibly may need ritalin-- how does one go about being tested for adult ADD or ADHD and figuring out the treatment for it? I have trouble finishing projects and tasks; my focus is off in some way that makes me think tht perhaps this has always been a problem for me. I realize that no one will prescribe Ritalin without a diagnosis, but what if one sincerely thinks one may have this illness? I don't want to be considered a "drug seeker." It is thin white w/ M on one side and 10 on the other. Not scored but has 2 small lines, one above the "10" one below "10". Not completely scored. Is this actually generic Ritalin?? I have looked online everywhere and since there is no other imprint I've had no luck.. It could be one of two drugs with the same imprint, both being white. If the "N" is very fat then it's a 10mg Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) tablet, which is an anti-estrogen drug. If the "N" is normal it's 10mg Domperidone (Novo-Domperidone), a gastrointestinal drug. There's other "N 10" imprints but they appear to be different colors. Rph 031 Brownish ## Actually, I'm finding this listed as containing Omeprazole, sold under the name Ratio-Omeprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach. my son's brain is fiaring to fast for his body and speach and our dr suggested that he use epitec 25mg twice a day (he is 9 years old). The 1/2 that I found has an O then a line under it and then a 2 under the O and the line. the 2nd halh where it would have the rest of the letters, or the zero to the 2 is broken off. the back is blank. any guesses??? i wondering if its generic ritalin or adderall ## Throw it out! Why bother guessing? Your body is not a garbage can. ## You can find out what the name of any drug is by going to any of the medication sites such as Webmd and RXdrugs they have a pill identifier and you just need to put in the numbers or letters on the pill even generic and OTC. It is most useful.

What are the possible side effects of taking this drug for chest pain associated with artery blockage while also taking ritalin prescribed for treatment of narcolepsy (treatment of narcolepsy has been for about 50 years)? ## I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between the two medications. My son is 12 yrs old. Our dr. prescribed Urbanol 5mg capsules and 10mg Ritalin for him. he is not restless or moody or anything. Can ritalin and concerta stimulants show up in a urine drug screen? I take those medications, and twice now I've tested positive for cocaine. I haven't did any coke, since back in the 1990's. If anyone can help answer my questions, and give me some documentation, that I can show my probation officer. I'm only taking 1 capsule per day for the past 2 weeks. This morning I start getting milk (baby is 2 months old, but he is on the bottle since birth).
