Yellow Ritalin 20mg

I have some small yellow pills with a R on one side and nothing on the other side. This is supposedly 20mg. Ritalin?

No, that's not a Ritalin or generic for it that's available on the U.S. market.

With just an R on them and nothing else, they are actually most likely something that's available over the counter.

Where were they obtained?
