I AM 58YRS OLD[FEMALE]I HAVE BEEN HAVING FREQUENT MOTIONS IN THE MORNING.THE CONSISTANCY IS O.K. AS LONG AS I TAKE ONLY BOILED VEG,CURD RICE,AND DAL.THE MOMENT I INTRODUCE SOMETHING NEW INTO MY DIET THE CONSISTANCY CHANGES TO VERY SOFT.I HAVE UNDER GONE ENDOSCOPY.IT IS NORMAL.I UNDERWENT COLONOSCOPY,AS I WAS NOT GIVEN SEDATION I COULDN'T BEAR THE PAIN AND THE DOC HAD TO STOP IT.HE COULD EXAMINE MY DESCENDING COLON,TRANSVERSE COLON.THEY ARE NORMAL. HE COULD NOT EXAMINE ASENDING COLON AND CECUM.WHAT SHOULD I DO TO IMPROVE MY DIGESTIVE CAPACITY.I HAVE TO GO TO MY DAUGHTER 'S HOUSE TO HELP HER IN HER PREGNANCY[FIRST CHILD]WILL PROBIOTICS[BIFILAC HELP?CAN TAKE ANY MULTIVITAMIN TABLET?CALCIUM?
