Rhodes/purdue Buprenorphine Hcl 8mg Rp B8 Vs Roxanne 54 411 (Page 46) (Top voted first)

I have made the switch from the 8mg films to 8mg buprenorphine tablets only. With all the research I've done and experience I do my best to stay away from actavis mylan and nowadays sandoz. I noticed everyone has enjoyed the Roxanne now westward generics amongst hi-tech coming in second/mylan. I have no experience with mylan bup and don't want to take the risk even as mylan has always been a waste imo. I'm not a fan of allergan (actavis) taking over watson so depending on the drug dispenses I most stay away. There are as of now 7 manufacturers of generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg (generic subutex). They are in order of my preferred with not much experience except with brand name:

*roxanne (now westward pharma)- 54 411
*hi tech- 8 ^(arrow)
*mylan- M924
*teva (allergen/activas owned) crooked b 799
*actavis- moon 153
*sun pharma- 460 white round
[And the brand new released generic made by Purdue and distributed by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals the new Rhodes generic]
*RP b8- white round bevelled and pretending edges.

I currently have had a smooth switch to the Roxanne/westward and declined mylan, actavis, teva, hi tech, sun pharma as most research and reviews conclude the Roxanne/westward generics the 54 411 seem to be best reviewed. I was unable to find the Purdue/Rhodes pharma newly released generic RB b8 imprinted generic. All I know is Rhodes and Purdue are professionals in the process of making quality meds and not just quality meds but pain relief medication, as they even were the company to CREATE oxycontin. I was able to come across one image of them on the web and they look very similar to the Roxanne 54 411s in size color and mostly shape except for the rhodes/Purdue ones protrude or kind of pop out on each side beyond the bevelled edges. They look really well made and on one side they have RP and otherside b 8 which the b and 8 are fairly far apart. I have been doing great from switching from brand films to the Roxanne westward 54 411s so far. I'm hoping to get some feedback by next month on these newly released rhodes/Purdue generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg. They are the newest and just released October 2017 and look very shinny and quality made. I'm hoping someone here who has tried both the Roxanne/westward and the new Purdue ones imprinted RP b 8 tablets. I am going to try and have my pharmacy special order the new Rhodes generics made by Purdue again imprinted RP b 8 white round shinny tablets fairly similar to the Roxanne but look better quality imo but do not have much experience with generic just brand and am very well versed on pharma companies and their medicine and their quality each one has.

Has anyone tried these new rhodes/Purdue ones imprinted RP b 8? How would you compare them to the Roxanne 54 411 tablets... I hope for a response or it will be trail and error for me when ordering Rhodes next month if i stay on this route and will see how they compare to the Roxanne/westward but will not be til a month away. Please if you have any experience with these generics and especially the new rhodes/Purdue one let me know. Again I was able to locate only one image of them and they look great. They do not look small like hi tech more like a combined Roxanne and mylan with the shininess and how they pop out on each side..they look a little larger like the mylan and Roxanne not small like hi tech or teva or activas they are round tablet imprints RP b8 with b and 8 fairly far apart. Any feedback would be great and I would want to switch to rhodes/Purdue from roxanne (now westward being a factor) generics as they make quality are new just released and approved this year 2017 of October and no one how even mentioned them yet that I can find. With westward buying out Roxanne and them making changes a new generic made by Purdue may be just the one we have been waiting for and needing..again on the 54 411 ones now and looking for feedback on the new Purdue Rhodes ones and if the switch from Roxanne westward to rhodes/Purdue would be better maybe with better quality as they have always been a great and reputable company who makes outstanding drugs. Any feedback would be great.

No the formula has since changed. If you research the old Roxanne tablets vic and their images compared to westward and himka you can tell a huge noticable difference in the quality of the tablets. The old Roxanne where imprinted very nicely and deboosed outwards on both sides they were hard and not chalky and they were very very shiny where as himka image you can tell just how difference they are. They lake the shines of the tablet they are chalky and sometime imprints are not debossed so yes the formula has changed. You can look up on their sites for the active and inactive ingredients . I will try and post links for the differences. The only thing that is the same with old Roxanne and new indian made himkas is their 54 411 imprints but everything else is very different. All it takes is a side by side image comparison of Roxanne 8mg tablet and a himka 8mg tablet. Get these two images side by side and you will see the differences yourself but again everyone is different I prefer Rhodes as it is identical to brand name subutex in active and inactive ingredients making Rhodes pretty much the same and identical to brand name subutex. So rhodes is honestly brand name as it has all the same ingredients as brand name does this info you can find as well. It has the same active and inactive ingredients as the now unapproved in US hrand name subutex so Rhodes is the best alas it is brand name but I take himka sometimes too but himka is not at all near the quality and well made old Roxanne. Roxanne was one of the best generic companies it was hard to see them go and himka keeps Roxanne imprints but has their own formula that is not how Roxanne formula was at all. Side by side the two tablets images you will see what I mean

For everyone wondering if westward/himka is just as good or the same formula as the old OG roxanne 8mg tablets just compare these images and you will see just how huge of a difference was made when we lost Roxanne to many drugs. Below are links to view and compare the OG 54 411 Roxanne and the only and newer 54 411 by west ward and himka. Look and u will see just how much better roxanne manufactured their meds compared to how cheap himka does. Below are the links for the images. See for yourself and then tell me the himkas are the same as rozanne or as good as Rhodes or og roxanne..I think not lol. Anyways this is for you guys to compare. Because himkas 54 411s are not even close or comparable to the 54 411 by roxanne unfortunately. Now Rhodes is best made it is identical is identical to brand name subutex so it's confusing when people say they don't like rhodes.. it's like saying you don't like and hate the brand name subutex since Rhodes is identical to brand name. .strange but everyone is different anyways I can post the active and inactive ingredients for the Roxanne 54 411s and the himka 54 411s for y'all if needed and the ingredients are far from what Roxanne made with. Hope this helps anyone curious about himkas being the same as the old Roxanne cuz they are not just compare with the links provided and let me know what image u think is himka and what one u think was roxanne. Goozer so you say the Rhodes RP b8 are the best?!

They were terrible for me terrible! So the arrow and the 8 seemed stronger and I liked that one do u like that as well?! I am going to see my dr pain dr for refills what should I ask for it’s not that easy! I live in Seattle and don’t want the anxiety I have had on rd b8! Terrible and the orange ones worst withdrawal feeling. What to do any advice?! I want what I have always always had the best?!?!! Ok so first off the orange half moons are activas and the feedback and experience is these generics are not so good. Some people like them tho but I would say like 10 percent like the orange activas generics. Bow the arrow 8 one is made by a great company called Hi-Tech Ok Harman. They are good decent little tablets! A lot of people do not like these hi tech subutex tho for someone reason they say the are just not efficient. I have always enjoyed hi tech everything including the arrow logo 8 imprinted bup but it certainly is nornnesr as effective as others. If the Himkas (54 411s) work for you then certainly recommend using what works best for you as everyone is different and reacts to chemicals differently so if you like the hi tech arrows just ask the pharma for hi tech generic and they will order in next day for u if u haven't transferred it is at all. Now for the Rhodes rb b8 tablets yes they are brand name tablets and brand name subutex and would be the exact same feeling as if you took the original brand name subutex tablets as it is identical in every way but shape and imprint. I suppose anxiety certainly could he a side j suffer from anxiety and have medication for it though but yes the Rhodes is identical to brand name subutex making it the most og and is made by pursue who makes quality products but I Can totally understand the anxiety especially without medication but yes Rhodes is brand name subutex in reality. But himkas are decent as well. I would say go for what works best for you brotherm...if you can find the old teva b 8 tablets I advise though but near impossible but w.e to hard to find. Himka is good hi tech is as well but in reality Rhodes is better made like Roxanne once was but everyone is different do what u feel is best and most desired doe yourself.

The Rhodes might say the ingredients are the same or close to the old brand name but they are not even close to being those old brand pills. Original Subutex pills were so potent and talk about well made! Teva was close but nothing that's around now is even in the same ball park as those two. Don't get me wrong Rhodes is decent probably the best or imo on par with the new hikimas that they have been putting out lately.

How is it for pain I have ankylosing spondylitis and i take subutex for pain and other reasons how well would you compare the belbucas butrans to subutex for pain? Which provides more pain relief?

Yes suffering from ankylosing spondylitis and Spinal RA is very rough. My AS spread to my seasamoid bones in my big toe and fractured it so on top of neck and spinal pain and RA and AS amd degenerative disc disease and seasamoiditis sooo painful. Had a steroid injection done recently on my foot and have to decide whether to have a fibular sesamoidectomy which has high risk of huge lose of mobility and even deformation of my big toe so now have to decide to remove the fractured bone just hanging in my foot or so surgery and risk a deformed and mobility loss in big toe which is huge and the damn steriod injections for neck back hips and even big toe are very rough on my body it's like the steroids are to harsh on my body and immune system and puts me out for few days makes me sick it's no fun. Will stay strong and live nest we can is what we do though. Bup is fantastic and less risky pain management forsure but sometimes pain is just so substantial Its rough. Got lots of choices to make and I'm here for all of u fam for anything just reach out hope everyone's having a blessed and most pain free day as possible God bless

I also did switch from Roxanne labs to the new similar looking ones!!!! They are pretty much the same pills/ it’s not a noticeable difference until u actually compare the 2 pills! By looking at the numbers on pill itself!!! They are both white / round and do the exact same thing!
These are much better quality pull then the peachy oval shaped subutex they hv at Walgreens!!! Those are my least favorite brand besides the tiny ones from big y! Ulghhh - cuz Those are so small/ (same size as oxy 5 mg with no tylonal....) and with Those/ because they are so small, it’s very hard to break them in half!!! & they dissolve too quickly!!!
So I dislike the tiny pills & the peachy oval shaped subutex!
The white rounds are def way to go !!! I hope Walmart doesn’t switch again.... cuz with these h 8 big round white ones/ I hv not yet felt any change on these meds! As I hv before on the other brands from diff pharmacies.... I hope that helps/ if it does at all!!!

I actually have spoken to Rhodes Pharma about this just today. I reached out and called their higher ups and they stated "as of now there are no changes in sight or happening". So business as usual for Rhodes for now at least. I straight up asked if Purdue's bankruptcy will effect any of their meds or service and was informed as of now no. The sacklers have so much money that Purdue gone is prolly nothing to them but they own hundreds of businesses.nhust cause Purdue is going I dont think all their business will. Sad to see em go though. It will make finding an actual og oc tablet near impossible to ever find and they may have been addicting but as anyone who has had em before it's a love hate relationship and will be sad to see him them go Purdue may be owned by rich crooks but they have always had a great business of quality products or not. So Rhodes fans no need to worry and also guys again lol..rhodes is identical to the old tevas and brand name subutex lol himkas are nowhere near close..just research your stuff

Ya wonderful observations and feedback! The hi tech (akron) are one of the 8 total generic subutex made outside of brand name formerly known as Reckitt Benckiser now branded under the company who got approved to made the very first ever generic suboxone other than brand name which the suboxone tablets are no longer legal or obtainable in the US as when reckitt benckiser was the only company to have films or tablets including subutex HCL tablets. When the push was against Reckitt benckiser they wanted as much money as possible and did not want anyone to be able to manufacture their films and tablets they have made (reckitt and suboxone (buprenorphine have been around for decades and recently in the past few decades implicating their time their bup products where actually being noticed more and sales aky rocketing more but buprenorphine has been around for decades and is at least 50x stronger than morphine and just recently was able to get their product sales moving but only because of the opioid epidemic) and they didnt want anyone to have a generic so to give their company more time to hold the suboxone and tex patents they decided that making films and taking tablets nd discontinuing them the manufucater stated out the blue well the tablets of suboxone is dangerous (their own product) and claimed that the stop signs as I call em (8mg suboxone brand name tablets) they make were getting into too many children's tummys accidentally which I don't doubt but this was an excuse to give them more time to hold the patent as a result all us here in the US are unfortunately unable to get stop signs via rxed in the states..I do miss them..not the naloxone but the brand name te abs of suboxone were flam and helped me they the roughest times in my life.

Anyways point being they stopped distribution of the brand name suboxone hcl tablets awhile ago here in the states but they are approved and still rxed to many people who reside outside the US that need them but reckitt benckiser refused to let go of patent but knew they wud need to eventually and prior they made films stating they were safer and so they could make more money and announced the states will no longer be able to get rxed brand name tabs but certainly the films lol all pricey af but either way they stopped giving us stop signs just so they could hold onto the patent longer which they made happen but time has passed and there are now two generic forms of the suboxone films teva and sandoz and a crap ton of the generic tabs; amneal, sandoz, teva, Mylan, hi tech (hi tech generic sub tablets 8mg look very very identical to the old stop signs brand name. At this point prior to having to let go of their patent and teva and sandoz winning in court the ability to manufacture and distribut reckitt benckisers formulation of tablets and films (only teva and sandoz won the ability to make generic films in court so there are only 2 generics of filmed buprenorphine films of which are made by teva and sandoz). Right before or after reckitt sold off its buprenorphine division to indiviour while they went into making money off common household commodities such as mucinex which is made by the makers of suboxone formerly reckitt who still distributes household goods like OTC meds and cleaning products leaving their bup department to indivior which is now brand name subonxe and subutex. For either forms of bup if it is brand name buprenorphine it is now made by indiviour. What a mess of reckitt and I sure loved them stop signs and if I made such a product and it didnt do well for decades and then suddenly became a priority needed medication starting early 90s became hugely popular for getting people clean, hell I would not want to drop my latent of formula to anyone either if I waited for my product to actually get going in sales and market industry I would hold onto that patent as long as I could too but would never make my brand name tablets away from biggest country for them and remove the stop signs just to make more money. Perfect messy example of how s***ty our pharma industry is.

I think hi tech makes wonderful products including the 8mg subutex tiny pills. They are preferred by IV user for their size and lack of inactive ingredients but this is not how it should be used and your right they are near unbreakable for size dosing..at all. Hi tech 8mg hcl bup is made with intent of taking the whole tablet but this isn't the case for everyone and g.j now they take their meds. I personally prefer Rhodes as it is exactly the same as brand name subutex in every way just look up active and inactive ingredients and compare they are all the same as brand name subutex by reckitt and indiviour. Still have some og reckitt films and tabs. So again rhodes is a wonderful structured company who is reliable and makes wonderful products and prefer Rhodes generics for most medication I'm sure if they made a alpraz formula Rhodes would be my preferred as well they again just make quality products usual with more of the active ingredient than others sometimes even their own brand name meds are weaker than Rhodes generics so when people still compare the 54 411 which I also have and will take occasionally are no where as potent and quick acting as Rhodes. Rhodes is identical to brand name tex 8n everyway and 54 411s are so far from the brand formula nowadays even when Roxanne had and made their own formulation it still was like complete opposite formula as brand but was still a great generic and one of the first next to teva and at the time they were making generics identical in chemical make up( something they stopped doing it and havent done so in a long time) so teva and Roxanne 8mg hcl subutex generics are meant to be better than brand at the time and they were. Since roxanne has sold out to a company called westward pharma which still distributes 54 411 tablets and in their product Catalog but hella changed the Roxanne formulation to complete opposite then what Roxanne did. Which six because it isn't just the 54 4111l bup we lost..we lost any of the Roxanne medications to this westward buy out which suck because they have changed so many if not all generic medications made off Roxanne formulations which are long gone RIP roxanne u made outstanding generics and brand name meds. Then westward goes and sells off part of its bup department to himka who now makes their own formulation off the 54 411 which is absolutely horrid. Have all three Roxanne westwards and himkas and wow they certainly are all different Roxanne of course being the best then westward then himkas.

Himka did change the new westward formulation again so the 54 411 have at least 3 formulations made..at least one from rox knew from westw and one from himka. Both westward and himka still distributes their own 54 411 tablets making these 2 the only 54 411 around now and they are certainly nowhere near brand name and are at least 2x weaker than Rhodes which is completely identical to brand name subutex as Rhodes as a company just like Roxanne has always made quality meds and formulas so Rhodes is the same as the old tevas and same as brand name and may even possibly have more of the active ingredient of bup than brand name. Anyways very sad to see Roxanne gone as any med with an imprint starting with 54 (which there are a ton pain meds, anxiety meds, opioids and half opioid agonist muscle relaxers and honedtly to every type of med. All 54 imprinted meds are all now so different from their once made Roxanne formulations as westward has changed all these formulas. Makes me lil bummed. RHODES IS BRAND NAME PEOPLE LOL and I know everyone's body works and reacts to each thing differently but if you are saying you dont like the Rhodes you are also stating you dont like brand name subutex made by indiviour formerly reckitt benckiser and stating you dont like brand subutex inadvertantly as they are the same as Rhodes. So maybe peeps just dont like brand name as much as the westward and or himka 54 411 and maybe they work better for some but if you pick 54 411 over rhodes u are stating pretty much you dont like brand which to each their own but india made himkas which himkas changed westwards formula are made out of country unlike Rhodes (bdand) are not the best or most quality type of product..if anything quite the opposite of a rushed out the factory product with possibly not all effective as other in same lab. Westward are ok but himkas take em a step lower forsure and I have all these generics trust me and again to each their own what works for u works but no feedback opinions or statements you make in regards to Rhodes hcl bup imprinted rb b8 you are reflecting towards and stating towards brand name so jus keep that in mind Rhodes is great damn great and quality and I like hi tech just wud not pick em over brand name (rhodes, teva, indiviour) and in all honesty himkas are not the worst of all 8 generics but certainly close and at bottom of list and Rhodes at top and is brand ingredients and made. So just watch how u feedback if advocating for 54 411s and Rhodes and keep healthy God Bless u all love u fam!

Suboxone is certainly more effective for cravings as the naloxone (narcan) is made to rid of opioid cravings and addictive behavior and subutex is just suboxone w.o the naloxone and just straight hcl buprenorphine and rb b8 (rhodes) has all the same active and inactive ingredients as well brand name subutex making Rhodes and teva subutex generics both brand name generics. I have a post being reviewed for you to so keep any eye out. It's like asking the pharmacy to order you in the endo 602 imprinted tablets which has been a generic but also brand name oxycodone just like the 54 546 old Roxannes are and were brand name percocet, endocets, roxicet. All the same and just ordered a brand name generic as endo 602 imprinted tablets are exact same as brand name percocet just asked pharmacy to get those as those are preferred generic. It started to cost em more than they wanted so I paid the difference but endo roxi perc oxycodone all blithe same med and ingredients when comes to endo Roxanne and percocet brand name. Rhodes subutex is just like this to indiviour brand name subutex they are identical so imo and research the rb b8 are significantly better and more potent then 54 411. And with Purdue there may be an upcoming reason we may not have options to get them rb b8s and they will become vintage tablets just like the Roxanne meds are now. So stock up on rb b8 while u can as there may he a tiny risk of losing em in the future whereas himkas craps are not going anywhere but flooding the storea. Rhodes = brand name himka = out of country made generic. With that being known I'm sure u wud decide differently but what works for u works for u works which is most important. But yes Rhodes is better than the current 54 411s for sure this is a fact but it does still have people who prefer these and I will take a 54 411 on occasion for reasons but Rhodes is better than current 54 411 that's a fact just chemically and quality made is better and is fact but everyone body works different but yes Rhodes is better than current 54 411. Maybe not the vintage Roxanne 54 411s but certainly better than westward and himkas crap formulas with no good binders and extras not needed. Just as jail and how it is is the results of a society with issues examples such as the ones I've shared are perfect examples of how big pharma and generics are of how bad the industry is on pharmacies of the world and people..not the rich familys behind these meds but us all. Ricky for me at least imo Rhodes is at least..at the very least 2 times more potent and effective for myself and prolly most people as it is identical to brand name and Rhodes rb b8s are certainly better and more effective than 54 411s westwards or himkas for certain so in this case compare brand name subutex or the himka 54 411s? What would you get out of brand name or himka 54 411s? For me I would get brand name subutex if it came to brand or 54 411 himkas or westwards..that's just me and since Rhodes is identical to brand name subutex in active and inactive ingredients it's the same as brand name subutex by reckitt or indiviour. Rhodes is brand name really. It is the same exactly as the old teva subutex to and it's because at the time when they first started with generic subutex they tried to keep the formulation of reckitt benckisers (indiviour) so when they got the go ahead for generics the first 2 to 3 manufacturers with the patent made their generics the same as brand as possible. Rhodes is so effective that for a good 2/4ths of patients who take it from feedback and research and real results is that Rhodes is almost too potent with the active ingredient that people will take it thinking the rhodes 8mg tablets are strong as what generic they were taking prior and take their regular dose and it makes them super sleepy lol so lot of people will say it isn't a good generic or they prefer another they are just experiencing a much more potent dose of buprenorphine (subutex) 8mg hcl and prolly should and do end up halfing it or breaking into 4ths because a full 8mg of Rhodes will put u on your ass all sleepy which most confuse forbade s***ty side effect but no your have just taken more brand name buprenorphine than normally because they will get so sleepy but that's just strong bup and people who say these things clearly do not know that Rhodes is identical to brand name subutex.
