This medication is listed as containing the active ingredient Indomethacin, which can be very harsh on the stomach, so I strongly urge you to make sure you don't take it on an empty stomach.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and increased risk of bleeding.
Long-term use could also cause fluid retention and elevated blood pressure, so those are things you should be aware of.
