Remedies For Foot Pain

Hello. I have been experiencing problems in my foot with pain on one side. Please suggest what the underlying problem could be? I take uric acid, but have not had any relief.

I've been experiencing pain under my feet and it's gotten to the point where I couldn't wear shoes because I feel too much pain. What might be the cause of this and can anyone recommend a form of treatment?
