Hello, Linda! How are you doing? I'm sorry that you're in pain.
Usually, you should see improvement after taking an antibiotic for a full 3 days.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
Have you consulted your doctor? It might be okay for you to take Tylenol, or Advil to help, if your doctor approves.
