HI.. IM NEW TO THIS WEBSITE.. I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN TAKING THE REDO FOR QUITE A WHILE BEFORE BUT LATELY I EXPIERENCED SOME VERY HORRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS THAT MADE ME END UP AT THE HOSPITAL. IF YOU WANT FURTHER INFO PLEASE COMMENT ME BACK

What happend what side effects?? How many where you taking a day?? How long were you taking them for?? Don't scare me!!..... And this question goes for everyone what happend if I take Redo and birth control pills?x

Alittlescared - Sorry I hadn't updated on my friends condition, but thankfully her ending up in the ER was'nt related to the REDO. (Well at least not this time. The first time she ended there, was for having palpitations and shortness of breath. )The Drs did encourage her to STOP taking it though. She is still debating to keep on with them, as she has taken them a couple of years ago with no problem. Her name is 'Kika', and for what I saw she decided to log in and read you all's comments :) And as for you taking the water pill everyday, maybe you should cut it down to like 2 times a week? I dont think taking them everyday is such a good idea. They are known for lowering your potassum... At least the Dr. that prescribed the Redo to us, he said not to exceed it more than that. hey glenda anywater pill is good. they sell some over the counter and work good as well. u really dont need to go to a doctor. but i am gonna say as personal experience water pills can be harmful if u use them constantly. when i was on the redotex diet my doctor had adviced me to take the water pill he px to me but to take them one day yes two days no. but that was too much for me though. i got sick and got me dehydrated. yes u loose water weight but it is harmful if u tend to use them too much. now if ur a person that retains too much water all the time then its best that doctor percribes them to u then. ive heard its best to take one water pill each time after ur menstral period since some women tend to get bloated from so much water retention. hope my advice was helpful and goodluck! : )

Thank you Kika for your information and advice. I will visit the pharmacy after work today and try to follow the directions as well. I will be starting tomorrow a personal training session since I am leaving to Jamaica soon and need to lose as much weight as possible!! Even thinking about buying a spanks to help me out. By the way I have been taking Redotex for 33 days now and have lost 16 lbs!!! I am so excited. I have 30 more to go by August...wish me luck!

Glenda~~Spanx are awesome. I love my pair and it is figure transforming. HAHAHA!! I only take a water pill after my menstrual cycle. I take the Lasix water pill but I get that in Mexico. the redo does make me go alot so I dont really take them.

You can get Diurex or they have other brands with and without caffeine at the grocery store and CVS/Walgreens, etc. Lasix you can also get online for very cheap.
I don't retain water because I have a hard time drinking enough.

Thank you guys so much for all the help and information. I am going to go and get my pills as soon as possible. I actually started my work out regimen this morning at 5am! I have a personal trainer that just kicked my ass, but I feel so good now!! I tried two dresses on today that were custom made for my trip, and have to say I am so happy with the results. Everyone has been noticing the weight loss. I got another 3 boxes delivered to me, so i am definitely going to lose that weight. So I will keep you guys posted!!!!!Thanks again for the information. I cant wait to try the spanx on this weekend.

I actuallly got mine through a friend who travels to Mexico quite a bit. I just paid $300 for 3 bottles. The pills themselves are not a$100, but you have to take into account the travel arrangements and the time that this person has to do. I trust her because I had a bad experience purchasing online before, and it was not the real thing. So with this person I do get a RX and the real deal. SO it is worth paying for because I do not have to leave my house, she comes and drops it to me. I am in California where do you live?

REDO rocks! I started at 166.5 lbs on March 26, & I am 135 lbs! Amazingly, I just went on a 10 days vacation to FL, ate LOTS & didn't exercise as I normally do (4-5 times a week for 2 hours) ...and lost 1 lb! I thought I would gain few pounds, but at least I maintained minus 1!!!!

So far, lost 31.5 lbs in less than 3 mos! unbelievable. ;0)

hi ribears2002. congratulations on your weight loss, What exactly have you done since day one. I was reading that Kika might have gotten sick from Redo. I want your opinion since you are so confident about this pill. I just received my redo order a week ago but I have been skeptical about taking it. Please advise as I am sure you have noticed a big difference in your body. Thanks!

Whoever takes these pills without doctor care, better not have heart, kidney, liver or thyroid problems. Neither be a diabetic or be extremely over weight. Also, make sure your triglycerides & cholesterol are in good place.

If you are pretty much a healthy person, have had a metabolic panel run by your primary care physician and come back very good, you are not an addict & won't overdose, I don't see really I HUGE con.

Be smart! Healthy. Don't over due it (don't take this for ever...at some point will be damaging your heart & liver....As always, moderation, wisdom and better safe than sorry!

I take the Redo w/ a fat burner & additional water pill. Take the Redo w/the fat burner (1 each everyday) & the water pill only Mon & friday (1 each day).

I do exercise usually 1-1/2 to 2 hours a day 5 times a week & drink LOTS of water. I am 40 years old & have 2 daughters 1 is almost 4 & a 19 mos old.

The Redo works, at least I have seen incredible results. My goal was 130 lbs ( I am almost there). I will STOP by June 26 which is my 3 mos mark. See what happnes after.

I weighed 140 pre pregnancy, then 205 when I had my son, dropped down to 170 switching off and on between Redo & Axcion, then I got extremely ill and couldn't take the meds & shot back up to 193, now back down to 180.... BLAH. Feel depressed. I just want to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight and fit into my clothes. It's rough.
