Its been 1 week since I started taking Redotex. Started at 190lbs...I weighed myself today and Im now at 179lbs. I do follow a diet and do Zumba for 1 hour 4 times a week...I think thats helping me out a lot. Will keep people posted on my weight loss during the following weeks.

No medications technically expire. Check out this article. Never throw any medications away...you will be wasting your money. My pharmacist actually confirmed this...

You will be amazed. I was an ice-cream junky...every night a pint of Ben & Jerrys made its way to my hips. All the junk food cravings stopped (provided I eat "food" when I get hungry and not snack). I hate to leave leftovers, so I'd clean up all the pans to the tune of a whopping 172# (I weighed 100# in highschool) and now I eat about 1/3 of what I used to eat. I don't even think about ice cream after dinner. Drinking water is a big key, but that's not a problem since I have a bale of cotton in my mouth, but that's the only side effect. Keep us posted!

well started Monday at 165lbs a size 11 I am planning to do the while 3wks on 1 off as suggested. I do about 3 mi a day being that I just started running again. I honestly feel a diff like as if I'm less bloated or something as weird as that sounds haha maybe it's my mind playing tricks on me but I feel great and have no side effects other than thirst. I'm anxious to weigh in. I used to eat until my plate was clean lol now I can't which I love cause my eating habit was my problem so wish me luck and best of luck to WA and every one of u (:

Started taking Redotex this Monday....I had started dieting 3 weeks before i got the pills just to get used to not eating that much...I also have been going to Zumba classes 4 times a week for 1 hour for the past 2 months. So now that Im taking the pills I hope i shed lbs fast...I will be wheighing myself tomorrow to see if I had any luck...Havent felt any side effects other than thirst and a few mild headaches but they are gone now. Will be posting my progress... :)

I found that it took about 1 or 2 weeks for the scale to show much of a difference, then it came off quickly, and I changed pants sizes every few weeks. I've gone from a very tight 16 to a loose 12 in 4 months. I seem to have stalled out and haven't lost anything for the last 2 weeks; I've read that you should take this 3 weeks on, 1 week off, so I took a week off and now I'm seeing a couple of pounds gone this week after restarting on Monday. Thirsty as all get out!

ill be sure to keep my progress up to date. I don't want to step on scale till after 2Weeks but today is day 3. I feel great pants r noticeably looser might be in my head lol I feel thinner. can't wait till I weigh myself. I only bought a 15 day supply so 12 more to go(:

Absolutely! It will speed up the weight loss. I know an older gal (late 50s) who is doing Pilates or Yoga or something as well as walking and she's dropped over 40 pounds in about 6 months. I (mid 50s), on the other hand, sit in front of a computer all day and have only lost 22# in 4 months. So exercise away! You will just lose it faster.

is it ok to exercise while taking the redotex pills? im asking cause i am finishing insanity and i jog 2.5 to 3 miles every morning? i am finishing day 1 and other than being thirsty i dont feel much of a diff. i really hope these work =/

Good luck!! I would love to see your posts weekly or daily...i'm really debating on purchasing it...and if you get a chance can you write the ingredients on the label so I can make sure i'm buying the right one!

I know someone who has taken these since April. He has not really changed any of the foods he eats...just has less appetite and eats about 1/3 of what he was eating before...but still eats his usual junk food. No sife effects except the dry mouth. He has had no problems with alcohol in limited amounts...like maybe 2 Mike's Hard Lemonades in the evening...without any complications. Alcohol is fattening however, so it is sort of counterproductive! Stay away from processed carbs and I suppose the weight will come off faster. Good luck. You will be amazed!

8-21-12 my 1st day on REDOTEX I am a 26yr old female 5ft 2in weight 165lbs. I do cardio every day and have been for past 2 yrs began at 196. I am looking to lose 30lbs and was informed by a friend about these pills, which she refers to as "magic pills" Have red both positiv and negative feedback on this product but I am desperate! Are there any foods and or drinks to be avoided while on this product aside of course from alcohol.
