i lost 7 pounds in a week and a half... i wish i lost more... any tips ladies?? I'm 5'8 currently 253lbs., started at 260lbs

I get them with one of my cousins Dr...you have to in for like an evaluation and then she will tell you if you can take them. I really dont know the address I just know how to get there in my car. I dont know if you can get them across the border i think i read on here that they are not legal in the US....something like that...I live in Tijuana so its easy for me to get them...

Hi Nats did you ever get them from Tijuana? Can you please send me the information at {edited for privacy}. I have to go to San Diego next month and I desperately need to schlep my chubby behind to Tijuana. I'm visiting San Diego next month and I want to take a day trip to Tijuana. Please if someone can tell me the name of the Tijuana doctor I can get a 90 day supply prescription from and the name of the pharmacy that can sell me 90 pills of Redotex I will be eternally grateful to you. rest week off the pills is almost over took for 3 weeks lost 17lbs so far....... not at goal but super happy so far also dropping inches!!!!!

@ojona. Wow thats a really great accomplishment...i to lost my first 30 the old fashion way....But then i just got stuck there....so my cousin told me about these pills so i tried them....and there working miracles...I hope u loose those few ponds you want to loose.....wish you the best of luck....be patient....I know youll loose them sooner or later....I dont want to go back to being overweight, so i will keep dieting without the pills as soon as i reach my goal weight.....WE CAN DO IT!!!

@ ketzaul I gave up soda, junk food about 7 years ago when I started my battle against obesity. I weighed 335 now I'm 175, I lost it the good old fashion way eating healthy staying with in my calories, working out twice a day, adding the 3 day diet occasionally dropping sodas, junk food, don't drink. I totally changed my life style. I'm a chef and a business owner, so I'm always around food but never cave in nor abuse food. I have a total different mind set. I'm a coach, my kids play sports, I volunteer a lot so trust me I'm constantly on the run, never the less I jog every morning out doors 2-3 miles a day. But I will take your advice on start eating breakfast and see how it goes.

@ ojona....mine are the same ones...like i said i take it in the morning 15 min before breakfeast....i really dont eat a big breakfeast...maybe you could make yourself something at night so you can have it ready in the morning to eat...look i sometimes boil 2 eggs and eat the egg whites and add a piece os small ham and 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and eat it as a sandwich....with fresh orange juice...then during the day before lunch i eat like an apple or another piece of fruit....and lunch i eat what ever i make for mykids...but in a small portion....then if i get hungry another piece of fruit or maybe like carrots and for dinner i eat like a small salad or a yougurt or small cereal...I dont drink soda, or any kind of sugared whater...I sometimes eat Tortillas but thats not always....I dont know what else i cant tell you...im always drinking water...all day....and plus that 1 hour of zumba 4 times a week....its intense, well atleast for me...because before i didnt do any excersise...Do you eat dinner or u just eat once a day? I guess it depends on how much someone is overweight....i really dont know...At one time i weighed 220...but when i started i weighed 190....I have changed my eating habbits a lot....i was a big fan of going out to eat with myids....Tacos in TJ, Burgers, Fries, Junk food...soda...Beer...i left all that...and its hard...but i dont want to be overweight anymore...before i had my kids my weight was between 135 and 140....i let myself go for 10 years...I really dont know what else to tell you....maybe since you dont have to loose that much anymore, maybe thats why its taking a little bit longer....

@ketzaul, they are redotex the capsols are clear with pink white and black lil balls. I take it in the morning before I go for my jog, I don't have breakfast since my mornings are crazy but I do have a healty lunch.. I'm so frustrated cuz I read all your stories of losing lots of weigh and I can't lose my last 15lbs to hit my all time goal...ughhh please helo

@ ojona....i drink 1 pill a day...In the morning before i eat breakfeast...like 15min before...I dont know what you could be doing wrong...it seems that your doing everything right...Maybe you got the ones that say Redotex NF...ive been reading on here and in other places that those ones are less effective...how do your pills look?

How many pills do you take?? I've been taking them for 2 weeks and I've only lost 5lbs. I jog daily and eat healty. Can someone fill me in what's the best way to take these meds.

@ Dozey...I have a diet plan that my Zumba instructor gave me if you would like I can email to you. The pills do take you hunger away and all of a sudden you just start eating less, you feel full with little amounts of food I do eat 3 times a day and sometimes eat a snack...like maybe an apple or orange or any fruit i have at home....I also attend a Zumba class which is 1 hour long 4 times a week...So with that said i think that everything that im doing is also helping the weight loss...The only problem is im ALWAYS really Thirsty....

After 3 weeks on Redotex I have lost a total of 17lbs. I still have 1 more week left....will keep everyone posted on how much I lost in 1 whole month. I will still keep taking them untill i reach my goal weight, which is 140....

Started at:190lbs
Now:173lbs

I have been taking PRESCRIBED Redotex for about 4 months and I still need 2 more because its a 6m program. This drug is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND IT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY!! I have to take, besides this drug, another 2 pills every 3rd day in order to control the effects of Redotex, so far its been working perfectly however I am NOT loosing 6lbs a week in fact im loosing about 10lbs a month. I am in a very strict diet and I visit the doctor once a month to keep track of my weight loss and to check my blood pressure. It is a very effective pill however you have to be very careful with what you eat and how many times you eat. If the drug is kept in check and you are being monitored constantly by a doctor then its ok, but dont think that just eating what you want and taking this pill will work. Like I said its a very dangerous drug.
