Start taking redotex on monday 4/6/09
For breakfast cereal and lowfat milk
lunch- Chicken, fish, tuna or turney with vegetables
Dinner cereal
Drink 2 lts of Jamaica water, sweet with splenda and about 1lt of water
Do 45 min of cardio
No meat, no pastas, no bread, no tortillas, no corn, no potatos, no beans, no sodas,no alcohol.
Started at 165 and im the same weight :(
Lets see what happens next week

Dear 'From 165 To 110' - you're probably retaining water weight because of how much of it you need to drink. Try to see if your waist size is being reduced at all in the next couple weeks.

Roy, I did measure myself before I started taking redotex. So I will do that next week
But I dont want to get discurrage, its only been 3 days.

Oh and although you don't really need to excersise (although it's best if you want to keep the weight off).. you should really stick to the diet the nutrionist gives you with the meds.

i took it for only three days my main concern was loosing muscle mass....and guess what i did an inch in three days....waste of money.....it will take me atleast two weeks to put the mass back on.......

I had no results with it either. I think people who weigh less it doesn't really do much for.
Try Axcion, and there are many others I have tried that I could suggest to you but some are not for weight loss it just happens to be prescribed off label for that purpose.

Try using Detoxified Iodine by Global Light Network for the Thyroid. Edgar Cayce's formula. Better than thyroid meds. Try PH balancing diet, PH drops, The PH Miracle for Weight Loss; try detoxing the colon.

I have some drops that my aunt gave me that I don't want, they are hoodia she said and she said they were expensive, still sealed and everything. I don't know if drops work or not. I ended up buying entirely too many Redo and Axcion's when I started dieting because I didn't know what to expect, still need to lose another 15 lbs or so.

From 165 To 110
You said that you have not lost anything. What are you eating and how late are you eating. When I was taking Redo before I had to stop eating after 7. Perhaps you need to look at that.

I have for dinner a fiber cereal with non fat mik, that's it

I understand. Looks like you have a plan. See I cant eat anything after 7 if I am trying to lose weight. If I do it goes straight to the thighs. Have you tried to alter that plan. I mean those times...I have never heard anyone say that eating up to 10pm was a good idea. Sorry I didn't see your prev post.

I started taking them 2 weeks ago and I lost at least 10 pounds. They really calm my appetite. I used to eat all day, I was always hungry but now I can go without eating as much. I get full with just small portions. This has been a miracle pill for me.

I have had quite the lucky week, I lost 5 lbs since last week with no pills, ended up with horrible oral thrush, I can't eat or drink anything, I cant swallow.
I can drink water, and to keep nutrients, as of today I'm able to drink Slim fast and eat Yogurt. I'm so miserable, good luck ladies on your weight loss!

I've had Redo since early this month but haven't taken them. I keep reading about the good effects on it...but what are the bad ones you all have experienced. Personally I suffer from anxiety ie. anxiety attacks once in a while. On a scale of 1 to 10 what is the energy levels. I really want to lose all the weight I can.

I have taken redotex. Got it in Nuevo Laredo in the later 90's. I want to go there but it is known for cartel wars going on there and that it is not safe to go. Please tell me how and where to go to get this drug. I want the real thing the one w/the valium and the lax in it. It works very well!!! I lost 15-20 pinds in 5 weeks!

Kate - I agree with Lyndy it works amazingly well. You follow the diet, I did and did as instructed taking a water pill and potassium and lost 40lbs within 3 months
