It's a big round red pill, with N above the number 400 on one side and nothing on the other. I've been looking around on the internet but I have had no luck. I looked up the description in Google images to see if I can find one that looks the same, and can't find it, looked on multiple websites for it with no luck. Can someone please tell me what this is?

I found one listed that matches this as being Novo-Profen, it contains 400mgs of Ibuprofen, which is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
