Recently Taken Off Phentermine And Am Still On Adderall, Geodon, And Topamax

I was on Phentermine for years, which I know isn't how it's designed, but every time I relocated the doctor asked for a list of my current meds and I put it on there, so it kept cycling. In addition, I am on a few bipolar meds and Adderall. Approximately six months ago, my doctor decided that it was time to stop the Phentermine as it was a short-term drug and I had been on it for years. I was so scared of weight gain as Geodon was adding enough pounds alone. It took nearly four months to taper fully off. My experience (and for many people I know) is that when you begin Adderall it decreases your appetite, but that doesn't last forever. I'm getting a bit of my appetite back (I'm not restricting or starving myself) but I think I could be doing better or how I was doing with the Phentermine. That's a done deal though. The doc raised my Topamax from 100 to 150 hoping that may assist with curbing and so far it seems to work a bit. Has anyone else had any of these experiences with any of the mentioned drugs or weight gain? What was your solution or your story? Thoughts? Help! Words of wisdom? Thanks in advance. I want to nip this before anything gets beyond my reach or out of control - like my cookies! Just kidding.

Sorry I wanted to add that I found that the instant release Adderall do not suppress my appetite as much as the extended release. They are different formulas so they are different medications sort of.
Maybe the XR would help?
I’ve been taking adderall off and on for 20 years and it still suppresses my appetite. I hate it. I have to force myself to eat before I take them or I might forget because I don’t get hungry until my blood sugar drops enough to make me feel shakey and ill.
