There is only one stone in my gall bladder and I am always having a burning pain in the upper part of my stomach / liver, and there is also swelling in my stomach as if I am pregnant, but I am only 23 years old. I am taking the Rabeprazole DSR tablets in the morning or whenever I am having pain in my stomach. How are you? Yes, it certainly can and it tends to cause them very fast, too. I discovered that when I tried it myself, both it and Lansoprazole do me in. Have you contacted your doctor? I am 60 years old. I was diagnosed with "GERD" 3 years ago for which I was prescribed rabeprazole sodium and domperidone formulation - 1 capsule daily. I have been using the medicine since then without any side effects. Short time discontinuance, 3-4 days, has no adverse effect. However, discontinuance beyond that the diagnosed problems resurface all over again. Is it OK to continue taking this medicine kind of lifelong? My last medical exam about 6 months has been normal. I have been taking Razo d for the last four years. One capsule daily in the morning. I am suffering from Hiatus Hernia plus I have heart problem and ICD has been fixed on my chest. I am 78 years. I have been having Razo 20 for last Three years early morning. Empty stomach and do not have Acidity problem. The day i forget having it i have a problem. I have been recommended Rabesec-D SR for neck pain, but there has been no improvement. Hi i accidently asministered my wife during the 4th week of her pregnancy a Rabeprazole Sodium And Domperidone capsule (Happi d whose dosage is similat to Parit D) for 2 days in a row as she was complaining of severe acidity. Now as i searched about it on the net the info i am getting is really freaking me out. As per some sites these drugs may be a cause for genetic malformation/ cancer or other mutations. I am really scared as i dont want to ruin the life of my unborn baby by giving him/her any sort of disability.......shall i get the baby aborted....? i am literally sleepless over this blunder.....plz help what should i do
