Hi christopher,
My research leads me to believe that the pill may be Propoxyphene Hydrochloride (65mg) manufactured by TEVA. Propoxyphene, also referred to as Dextropropoxyphene, is in the drug classes analgesics and Opioids. It is indicated for the treatment mild pain and also has antitussive and local anaesthetic effects.
You said cvs/walgreens was on the pill though? If that's correct, then it's possibly an OTC medication or cvs/walgreens is where the owner of the pill had his/her prescription filled. I recommend that you safely dispose of it if you can't return it to it's owner.
