Question About Soma Refill?

Just got some Xanax and Soma. The Doctor wrote # C for quantity. Is that 100 pills?

I asked the Internet and it couldn't tell me either, but the Xanax is also written as # C, so I must assume that means 100 Tid, possibly 90

Yes, the C is used for a quantity of 100, it's a Roman numeral and some doctors have taken to using them to make it harder for people to alter the amount on prescriptions. It's not widely used yet, but I think it's most likely going to be something that's used more often.

Very interesting, thanks Verwon as that is what I thought. He had written for number 100 before, at his old Office in Arizona, a block away. I thought maybe it was a new California thing, although the Latin C is of course 100. Very slick! Thought all that stuff had to be faxed these days as well. In any case it was great to see my old doctor. We talked for about 30 minutes while 20 people waited. The key is we weren't speaking about anything related to medicine, and I just gave him a printout of my meds so he could write the scripts while we continued to catch up. He saved my life in the Hospital . Darn Xanax withdrawal. NEVER again!
