Qualitest Hydrocodone 10 325 (Page 2)

Although many have said one drug is the same as the other I find that Qualitest hydrocodone 10/325 seems to not affect me as far as making me drowsy and extremely tired. It does so help with the pain but it does not make me so I can not function. The other manufacturer Mallincor (spelling not right) their hydrocodone makes me so tired I have to literally go to bed. Strange I think that if two drugs are identical how can they have different effects to you. I prefer to not take any hydrocodone but until I am through this pain I prefer to take the one that does not comatose me.

when did they stop making watson ? Actavis owns them and walgreens had them as of november 2015. There web sight says they still make them . They have been changed to white for a few years now . the watson release the medicine very quickly , I think the Qualitest last a little longer but don't feel as strong . The watson make you very hyper with anxiety while the qualitest make you tired . I can't sleep at all on watson. . there are a few other usa companies that make norco , I would stay away from any India brands .

I was just saying that they reformulated them when they took the yellow dye out of the Watson and now they are messing with the qualitest. Makes me angry that the consumer isn't notified or given any consent.

Yes they could care less about us. And many of the better brands are being bought out by giant companies like Teva who pretty much sell junk.

When was Qualitest changed? Is it white now too?

Not the dye but they added whatever they did to the Watsons and as of my last prescription they have become absolute garbage. I've been sick for days. I contacted qualitest and am waiting for a definitive explanation

Any word on the Qualitest ? What do you think they added to the pill and when did this happen ? I have some yellows from November and there excellent .
Those work really good and I can sleep with them . I am about to get a prescription and walmart carries them. Walgreens has the Watson /Actavis ,Those make me sick and there so speedy ,I lay in bed all night going crazy . Mallinckrodt from many reviews seem to be junk . There really no other brands I can find . Costco carries one but I think it's a Qualitest company .

I'm hoping it's just a fluke and they haven't changed them all. The last two batches I got from Meijer has been garbage and I've noticed a circular stamping on them that I've never seen before and underneath the yellow it was completely White. No answer from qualitest company yet. Hopefully everyone doesn't get these and have to suffer. I've been taking qualitest for years.

That's messed up . You should bring those back to Meijers and show them . I cracked a yellow one in half just now and it's all yellow . Got them 3 months ago at Walmart who told me they still carry them but to get a 120 it would take a week to order them . I sure hope they are not what you have received . Keep us posted . Well that blows. I had to change to Oxycodone when the formula changed in the Watson hydro's, and I couldn't find the Qualitest brand, but now it sounds like they messed them up as well? I guess I won't change back.. Sorry to hear that so many of us have to deal with this junk..

I will be getting 10mg hydro qualitest by the end of the month , I will know for sure if it's the same ones I have been getting for the last year that are very good . yellow on on side with the v and flipped it 36 01 in back words smooth hard pill slight gloss and a water oval mark ,you can only see it holding it up to a light bulb, These are the real deal .I tried to get Vicodin HP but its not covered .

Well maybe for some reason my body just started rejecting them. I don't see it being a possibility but I hope it's just a fluke. I hope they keep the formula and keep everyone happy because these are the only brand that I can take!
I have gradually reduced my dose since I've gotten these. So my pain level is very high but at least I am not sick. The big difference I noticed was when I rubbed my finger across it seems to remove the gloss easily. I remember my other batch keeping its glossiness. I had Dirty Fingers and the dirt seemed to transfer and sink right in

Okay so here's an update. I told my doctor that I may have gotten faulty qualitest and they took the script back and wrote me a new one. So I picked up my new script today from a different Pharmacy and right away I noticed how glossy these were. I took my usual dose and wow what a difference just like they use to be. my pain was gone instantly and I was not sick I felt great. Like I was saying before the other ones weren't as glossy and you could rub your finger across and it would smear them almost.

They have for sure changed their formula. I Special ordered the old ones and they are darker yellow in color and very shiny. The new ones are very light yellow and have a stamping circle watermark on them. Just waiting for qualitest to give me an answer.

the ones with the watermark are suppose to be the real ones . it's a light oval circle that you can only see under a light .

RJ, how do you "special order the old ones"? I'm not following you.. and you say you told your doctor you may have gotten "faulty qualitest" and they took the script back (but you already filled it?) and wrote you a new one..
What's up with that? It just doesn't make sense, so please enlighten us?

What I would like to know is if the Qualitest hydrocodone 10/325 is still yellow, and for those of us who prefer that brand over the bogus white Watson, is it still effective, or have they been changed as well?

The Qualitest is the same it has been for a few years . There yellow . Just got them . I don't know what the other guy is talking about . sounds like he is getting stuff of the street or something. I never had a pharma give me fake pills .
