Purpose And Side Effects Of N-cobal (Top voted first)

I would like to know the purpose of a N-cobal 0.5mg (mecobalamin) film coated tablet [MAL07061578X]? I was given these pills from a vet to treat an issue with my dog, but they appear to be ineffective.

I went for my ENT test for my ear ringging. They gave me N_Cobal 0.5 mg Mecobalanin 500 mcg tablet. Is it ok? and what its purpose for?

This is only a nutritional supplement, since proper levels of this vital nutrient are important to overall health.

It is potent and has been known to cause nausea in some people that take it.

Have anything else been prescribed?
