Pur-books 40mg

Hi there ,is it okay to take 40mg Pur Blocker and Lysin 5 for high blood pressure and anxiety. Should this help bring my blood pressure down? Ive been taking it for a few week and it's not gone down yet, do you think it will in a month or so? Thanks.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
