Proxyvon contains the active ingredients Propoxyphene and Acetaminophen, it is a mild narcotic pain reliever.

However, you should be informed that in many countries, including the U.S. Propoxyphene has been removed from the market due to the risk it creates of cardiac toxicity.

In the U.S. the brand name for it was Darvocet and here's a link to more information on it:
