Propan Vitamins With Iron Replacement In Dubai

Hi., can you please help me. I cant find Propan with iron vitamins here in dubai, I badly need to take that medicine because it helped me gain wieght, and my problem now is I can find this vitamins here in dubai. Can you please tell me what would be the better vitamins can I take besides from propan which is available in dubai? Does mosegor vitamin provide the same effects?
