Pang 4 days ko pa lang ang pag take nito. Lagi ako nakakaramdam ng gutom! Maya maya dapat kakain. At magiging antukin. Kaya sana tumaba nga ako dito. Ganun din ang effect ng centrum.

Effective tlga yan, natry ko na. Dati kasi patpatin ako, ayun nagtake ako nyan. Ngayon pansin ng mga kaklase ko na nagkakalaman na ako hehe. Sabayan ng exercise para mas maganda effect. 19.25 per capsule yung nabibili ko.
