Propan Iron Side Effect On Health (Top voted first)

i bought this vitamins in Philippines 2 wks ago, i statrt using it and it helps to sleep better every night, what ingredients is the capsul to make people sleepy, is there any sleeping pills added to the vitamin? are we allowed to take them in daily basis? whats the effect on our heart? please explain to me> thanks

There is no medication in this to help you sleep, it is purely a nutritional supplement.

It contains Buclizine, Iron, Nicotinamide and Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12.

However, a deficiency in B vitamins has been known to cause insomnia and sleep disturbances in some people, so supplementing them to make sure you are getting enough will naturally improve your quality of sleep.

There is no harm in taking them daily, unless your doctor tells you not to, as long as you don't take more than you are supposed to, because too much of the Vitamin B12 in this can also be dangerous.

This contains the active ingredient Nitrofurantoin, which is an antibiotic.

The current warnings about renal function are actually not conclusive and, if you do have a severe infection, not taking the antibiotic to treat it could be much worse than the possible dangers of using it.
