White circular pill with K39 on one side. ## what is it ## Slightly off white, beveled edges, round, roughly a quarter inch in diameter, one eighth inch thick, K39 stamped on one side with a cross (scored to quarter) on opposite side...don't have the slightest clue but I'd like to know what this pill is myself? A Doctor prescribe to me Promethazine when got so dizzey and want to blockout when I sit from my bed. I took Promethazine and makes me feel better but after an hour I had a very bad feeling like very nauseatic and lighheadedness. Is this the side effect of the medicine?
