Prolomet Xl 100

I AM TAKING PROLOMET XL 100 FOR MORE THAN A YEAR UNDER DOCTOR'S ADVICE. STILL I FEEL CHEST PAIN. WHAT ARE THE OTHER SIDE EFFECTS I MAY EXPERINECE DUE TO PROLONGED INTAKE OF THIS DRUG.

I'm advised to take Prolomet xl 100 in morning and Prolomet xl 25 in evening with 12hrs gap for my heart rhythm disorder (SVT) I'm already taking Thyronorm 50 Mcg at early morning with empty stomach, now my doubt is should I take Prolomet also with empty stomach after thyronorm with 1/2nhour to 1 hour gap or can I take Prolomet after break fast
