Prodep 10 Mg And Nexito

i am having breathing problem due to anxiety and the doctors have prescribed me nexito 10mg but my breathing problem worsen after taking 10 mg but 5mg is ok also prodep 10 mg helped me a lot kindly help me what to do now.
