Prexum Plus contains Perindopril (Coversyl) and Indapamide, so yes.
Though it may have something to do with the dosage and timing, it's common for a doctor to kind of play around with blood pressure/cardiac medications like these to try to figure out what works best for the patient.

For instance, when I first started these types of medications in the hospital, I was given a combination exactly like the Prexum Plus first thing in the morning, then the diuretic similar to the Indapamide in the afternoon and another dose of ACE inhibitor similar to Perindopril in the evening. This prevent the diuretic from keeping me up all night running to the bathroom.
Are they being given all at once?
