Pregator contains the active ingredient Pregabalin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also used to treat certain types of nerve pain, along with a complex of vitamins and minerals.

So, it isn't actually used to treat diabetes, it's just that a lot of diabetic people suffer from nerve damage and require it to treat their pain.
