Can anyone possibly tell me what a white oblong with PX on one side may be? ## Hello, Kristi! How are you? The PX logo is used by Glenmark Generics on their Pramipexole tablets and I think the one you're asking about probably also has a number 1 on the other half of the tablet. They list it as containing 0.25mgs of Pramipexole, it is a medication that is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, hallucinations, dizziness, confusion and weakness. This medication is also occasionally used to treat RLS. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi. I have these and they are paracetamol. Best check yours with pharmacist though ## What is rls which you say it's is often used to treat
3 REPLIES UpdatedWhat is a small white oval flat pill with p7 on it? On the opposite side, it has what looks like a chart with lines on it. ## Hi Nadia, Based on the description provided, I was able to locate a flat white oval pill with P | 7 on one side and on the back it's scored & imprinted with the Boehringer Ingelheim company symbol on either side of the score (I'm assuming that this could be what you're describing as a chart with lines on it). At any rate, this pill reportedly contains 0.25 mg of Pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate; also known as Mirapex. It also is said to contain the following set of inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, cornstarch, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and povidone. Mirapex is marketed for use in treating Parkinson's as well as RLS (r...

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings, and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with?

1 REPLY UpdatedJust had prescription for pramipexole 0.25MG refilled for restless legs manufacturer is GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS, taken for restless legs, and it is totally ineffective, is there a problem with the batch? Any one else experiencing this? ## I have been taking 0.088mg of Pramipexoile for three years, started on one daily slowly went up to max dose of six a day. They have stopped manufacturing this dosage. I have a prescription for Mirapexen 0.26mg prolonged release which I can't get from any pharmacy near where I live. Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty. I face a second night without any tablets. I am in hell haven't slept since Monday night. ## I have the same problem. 3 REPLIES UpdatedI took a very tiny round off white pill with the no. 84. on it. There were absolutely NO other markings at all on this pill. I was a mess and thought it was an old generic nerve pill. Too many things caused me to do the dumbest thing, which was taking that pill. I was so sick, I desperately was ready to go to the hospital. Everything was spinning, and I couldn't even stand up. I was extremely nauseous and having dry heaves. I'm still just barely able to sit up, stay awake and/or be normal. Thanks for any help! ## @Zina, I have yet to come across any specific details that fit your pill's description. Some come close, but nothing precise. My suggestion (if you're unable to get the pill's contents analyzed by a lab) would probably be to toss it. Please excuse me if I...

This tablet is listed as containing 0.125mgs of Pramipexole, which is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and RLS. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, hyperalgesia and hallucinations. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Seeking identification of a pill I found. Pink/Peach oblong pill. Indent line through the middle on one side with either O 2 or 0 2 printed. No markings on other side. The pill itself is white while the pink/peach coating is a powdery cover, scraps off as powder.
2 REPLIES UpdatedThis generic mirapex has made me super nauseated each time I have taken it. I do not have this issue when I take Glenmarks 1.5 mg x4 tablets. The tablets that make me sick are dark pink, scored and have E 6 on one side. Has anyone else had this issue? ## I believe the tablet your talking about is actually considered brown by the manufacturer and the marking is actually 9 over 3. It is manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals. There can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, so this one could be a little stronger, which may be why it makes you sick. The inactive ingredients can also be completely different from one manufacturer to another, so there could be one of them that you're sensitive to. The FDA lists its typical side effects as poss...
5 REPLIES UpdatedI have severe RLS now, I have detoxed from Pramipexole (dopamine) over the past 5 weeks with support from my GP. The detox was horrific and the hardest thing I've ever had the go through in my 64 years. Now I'm taking 500mg Gabepentin and 1mg Tramadol. This combination has given me the first nights sleep in 5 weeks. I dont have pain so why do I require Tramadol? I'm scared to take the Tramadol away in case I lose my sleep pattern after going through hell and no sleep during the detox. I belong to RLS forums which give me wonderful support and I'd like some feedback about the two combination dugs that I'm on now. I'm very cautious and wary about getting too dependent on Tramadol. thank you. ## Hello, Katy! How are you? Only your doctor can give you the specific re...
2 REPLIES UpdatedSmall round pale yellow pill with 84 imprinted on one side and no markings on the other. 1 REPLY UpdatedI have a tablet that has been supplied to me by my pharmarsist in Australia. It is a white round pill with the numbers 210 on one side and nothing else anywhere. It is supposed to be the same as sifrol 3.0mg ER for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. Do you know who the manufacture of this is and how they describe the drug?
UpdatedI have been taking pramipexole 0.5 mg tablets for the past two years. The small oblong purple pill I took was working well for me, but my last mail order refill is different. It now is a round pink pill which does not do the job for me. The manufacturer of the pink pill is Torrent but I wondered who manufactured the small purple pill and how would I be able to find out which pharmacies carry it? ## I have found out the manufacturer,Zydus, and contacted them. They only supply for two mail order prescription plans neither of which are mine. They have not responded to my request for local pharmacies which carry the drug. I live in Greenwood,Indiana, which is just south of Indianapolis. Does anyone know if any place carries this brand of pramipexole?

3 REPLIES UpdatedHello. I am new to this site and have been reading some of the posts. Very interesting. I am having a problem, even though I am a nurse. When I was on Pramipexole 0.125 a little round pill. One of the side effects I enjoy or did enjoy was a seriously increased libido. Since going on .5MG I have yet to see an increase in my libido or being in the mood, so to speak. It's a football shaped white pill with PX 2 only on one side. They are scored tablets. Made by Glenmark. (0.5) wondering if I simply became tolerant to the med. or whether this manufacturer puts out garbage. I'm tempted to take 1MG and see what happens. I am becoming more and more frustrated every day because my days seem so boring. I really enjoy the tension and coming alive on this medicine. The NDC # for 0.125 tabs ...
2 REPLIES UpdatedI'm on mail order for this medication I take pramipexole and have for 5years. Bought at drug store it was a white pill came in mail and it was a blue long pill bouth r 5mg What is the difference and is it the right pill ## I had the same question. ## The way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so I'm assuming that this order you placed was from a different manufacturer. The same goes for pills here in the U.S. when you see different brands of the generic drug selling in different shapes, sizes, colors, and packaging - but it is still the same drug with another name or another manufacturer. If you are able to get the pill analyzed at a local pharmacy or lab, that would be great if you could post back with the results. I don't know if it ...

How are you? The tablet with the logo and PM1 on it is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 0.125mgs of Pramipexole. This medication is most commonly used to treat Parkinson's Disease and RLS. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, vision changes, muscle pain, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?
