White Oval Scored Cl 4 Other Side Blank

I was just cleaning out my medicine cabinet and came across an old prescription bottle with medicine in it prescribed for me but I can’t remember or read the label clearly. Can u please help me?

A white oval pill imprinted with CL 4 is reportedly identified as Pramipexole Dihydrochloride 0.5 mg; marketed for use in treating Parkinson's and restless leg syndrome.
