What do I do if someone has overdosed on these pills? What can I give them so I know they will be okay? These pills are marked with a V on one side and 2531 on the other.

This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 1mg of Clonazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that is used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders. The FDA also warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming.
As to a possible overdose situation, there is really nothing you can do, the person needs emergency medical attention.
